Rock the vote (damnit!)

So I went and voted today after work, I now realize why so many people don’t vote. You have to get up, drive the voting place, wait in line, vote for the first 5 to 8 people on the ballot who’s names are familiar ( if you follow politics that is, it could only be 3 or 4) then figure out if you have heard any of the other peoples’ names and make a decision right there. What a horrible way to vote! I suppose I didn’t have to vote for them, but damnit, it seems like such a waste of space to not vote for the people on there.

After I voted, I walked out into an exit pole, then I got interviewed from NPR and The Birmingham News. Arggh! Too many things to think about when voting, they need online voting machines. This would make people not have to get up and deal with all of the circus like freaks in the world of politics.

Just do like I do, if you don’t like or know any of the candidates, cast a write in vote. I always write in my own name, and, if you want, you can write in my name too.
