Is it sad that I really want to win the HGTV dream home giveaway? I guess not. I am not obsessed by any means, but I think it would be the coolest thing to win. Not because I want that home really. More because it would mean that my home is paid off, my car would be paid off, and you know, life would be good. I would never be able to afford the taxes in that area of the country.
In other news, the weather today has been somewhat chaotic. Tornadoes, flooding, crazy stuff. Looks like it has all passed by now, so out of the danger, but the front lawn still has some of the ponds left from the rain.

I’m pretty sure that because of a few previous winner’s inability to pay taxes on their houses the show started giving away a large cash prize that would ultimately/predominantly go toward paying taxes. Last time they gave away $100,000… so fret not.
