I just tried to install and activate the LiveJournal Crossposter. Not only did it not work, I couldn’t even activate the plugin without errors flashing up everywhere. I haven’t looked at the code yet, but this is inspiring me to create a plugin that does a similar task, but possibly a little different than the plugin does.

I was reading through the comments of the plugin page, and saw that a lot of people had 3200 errors. I know that livejournal will allow you to update via email. You can set up a cron job to email out, so, why not have it capture the post, post it to wordpress, then take that post and email it to the address specified by LiveJournal.

I guess this would keep multimedia content from working properly, but if it posts, at least it can do that. I may get around to that, but it may not be until May. I am so swamped right now.
