My name is John and I am a 27 year old systems administrator. I do web design. I like backpacking. I use WordPress. On this site I talk mostly about the things I like. This is a site about me.

I have several projects I maintain, when they are done, I usually replace them with other things to keep me busy. Currently I am working on taking WordPress Junkie live. Contact me if you would like to help.

I have just changed my commenting system over to disqus. I like the concept, you own your comments, no matter where you go, so both the website using disqus gets to keep track of the user and their comments, but can also follow that user and their comments on other sites. The commenter gets to see people who reply to their comments on various sites, but also gets to keep their identity across multiple sites they frequently comment.

Trying it out right now, but interested in what others have to say.
